Questions people ask before they sign up
What does annual billing save?
Two months, at every tier. Pay for ten months, use twelve. It is our only standing discount.
Does a staff member who works at several sites count more than once?
No. Each person counts once, however many locations they work across.
I need a second location but only have six staff. What then?
Business is available at the $249 floor at any headcount, and two locations are included. You do not have to reach 11 staff to run more than one site.
Can moving up a tier increase my bill?
No. At 11 seats Business costs $249 while 11 Team seats would be $264, and we bill the lower of the two. That rule holds at every boundary.
What counts as a seat?
Each active staff member with their own calendar and login. Add or remove people whenever you like; the next invoice follows your headcount.
Is anything held back on Solo?
No. Resource calendars, packages and credits, the client portal, cancellation and change policies and reminders are all there. Higher tiers add multi-staff and multi-location capability, not core features.
