No fee when you cancel or move a client. Any cancellation fee you set goes to you.

Questions people ask before they sign up
What does annual billing save?
Two months, at every tier. Pay for ten months, use twelve. It is our only standing discount.
Does a staff member who works at several sites count more than once?
No. Each person counts once, however many locations they work across.
I need a second location but only have six staff. What then?
Business is available at the $249 floor at any headcount, and two locations are included. You do not have to reach 11 staff to run more than one site.
Can moving up a tier increase my bill?
No. At 11 seats Business costs $249 while 11 Team seats would be $264, and we bill the lower of the two. That rule holds at every boundary.
What counts as a seat?
Each active staff member with their own calendar and login. Add or remove people whenever you like; the next invoice follows your headcount.
Is anything held back on Solo?
No. Client records with notes and forms, online booking with deposits, packages, memberships, gift cards, texts, analytics with formulas, full export and the API are all on Solo. Higher tiers add people, sites and the audit log.
How does the free trial work?
Every tier starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card at signup and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Do you charge when I cancel a booking?
No. Cancelling or moving your own bookings is free, whatever plan you are on.
Are any features sold as add-ons?
No. Every tier has the same features. The price changes with the number of staff and locations, and Business adds the multi-site tools and the audit log.
Where do I see my payouts?
In Finances, under Payouts: the amount, status and arrival date of each Stripe payout, plus what is ready for the next one.
Are text messages included?
Yes. Every plan includes 500 text segments a month. After that you choose: stop sending, or keep sending at $0.02 each up to a cap you set. Email is unlimited.
Who can read clinical notes and form answers?
Only the roles you allow. Receptionists never see them, a practitioner can keep a note private to themselves and the owners, and every read is written to the audit log. Answers and notes are encrypted at rest.
