Questions people ask before switching
Is Appointier cheaper than Fresha?
Per person, no. Fresha charges $14.95 per team member and we charge $24 on Team. The difference is everything else. Fresha takes 20% of a new marketplace client's first booking, sells Insights per team member and meters texts after 100 per person. Our subscription covers analytics and 500 texts a month, so a busy month costs about the same as a quiet one.
Do I lose the Fresha marketplace?
Yes. Appointier has no marketplace. You get a booking page with your branding to link from Google, Instagram and your website, and the clients who find you there cost you nothing.
What can you move from Fresha?
Clients, services and prices, team members and their hours, upcoming appointments and any outstanding package balances. Tell us what matters most and we start there.
How does the trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card at signup and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I take card payments?
Yes, through Stripe, online and in person. Deposits, refunds and payouts are tied to the appointment they belong to. Stripe bills its own processing fee and we add nothing on top.
What happens when my team grows?
Add a seat and the next invoice follows your headcount. Open a second location and Business is available at the $249 floor at any team size. We always bill you on the cheapest plan you qualify for.
