Last updated: August 3, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of Appointier, including our website, web application, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Appointier on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these terms.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account and billing information.
  • Keep your password secure and notify us of any breach.
  • Ensure that anyone you invite to your workspace follows these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices may change with at least 30 days notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through booking notifications.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other tenants' data.
  • Resell, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, following notice where practical.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you and your clients enter into Appointier. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and back up that data in order to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Appointier and its software, design, and branding remain our property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is provided by email during business hours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appointier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms if the breach is not cured within a reasonable period after notice. After termination, we delete or anonymize your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 30 days notice by email or through the service. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
